RPR so underrated, such an amazing peak especially if hiked from New Russia. Loved seeing the col (weirdly) since I’ve never done both peaks together to see it. AMAZING video as always!

This is such a classic Fall hike. The valley below shimmers with orange and gold. I love it so much. I find starting in New Russia and going up Bald peak is easier on my knees than the reverse direction which for whatever reason in the last 2 miles down from Bald peak I have sprained body parts (ankles, wrist, fingers) in falls. Occasionally around this time we also run into dimwits who came unprepared and find themselves without water and headlamps on top of Giant. I have on more than one occasion had to lead a group of tired hikers down to chapel pond. BTW what headlamp do you use because it looks like it totally lights up the trail.

What kind of goggles do you wear? So many times it looks like the lense is about to pop off but maybe they are made that way to prevent fogging inside.?.? Anyway, just curious🤷🏼‍♂️. Love the channel, keep up the great work!
