That plug is for a air purifier which is a factory option.

@@RexH nah it won't man since you don't have that air purifier option. Usually that plug has the switch going into it to turn the air purifier on.

The controller tricks the boost solinoid into thinking’s making less n then more goes into engine, this is good to a point Problem is it doesn’t adjust anything other than your boost, which becomes a problem with your fuel mixture.. boost controllers are cool but I almost would have recommended a 3 port solenoid and a proper tune

to a certain extent old japanese cars can compensate for this and adjust the air fuel mixture accordingly. In most cases when boost levels get too high for the car to read it will cut boost completely.

I've had a look at what a 3 port solenoid is and apparently that's what I have. Instead of it being a "boost T" it plumbs directly into the solenoid first then back into the wastegate so it's technically a 3 port. But yes you are correct! And I need to get a solid tune and all, but I think playing around a itsy bit should be aight
