People who talk about people that are in their 70's like they are ALL incapable of knowing right from wrong, gets on my last nerve. I am 73 years of age and I am very well aware of right from wrong. I choose not to drink or do drugs but I do know that in the case of Joan, I have seen MANY younger people act far worse than her! People think our age group is the 'golden years' but I can tell you that it is NOT the golden years, it is more like the rusty years and Joan is smart enough to know that drinking and driving is wrong, she just made a huge mistake, like some other people of ALL ages do!!

I agree the only reason an elderly person wouldn't know right from wrong is if there's something like dementia or alzheimers going on. However at that point your license should be taken away and be put in someones care.

32:15 no one cares if you "feel violated" or go to high school. Shut up, and get through the process, if you're innocent it will come out in court, but how you act right after the alleged incident while being booked in jail says a lot about your personality

This female 'officer' who found the shank acts like contraband is not often obtained from a guard/officer. I know for a fact that it has happened. I know inmates can come up with some stuff but not everyone who works in a jail/prison is innocent.

The Families are what matters. addicts chose that life, families and children are the badly damaged victims I really hope you get this resolved and can live a life of peace, really
