As an Irishman, it's great to see people from around the world drinking our Guinness. I hope you can get it served in draught, at bars over there. It tastes much better, than having it from a can. Sláinte.

I find sharing your experience of over night "camping," including even the most simplest of tasks or processes, like preparing your food or even setting up the apparatus to cook it, super enjoyable... You seem to be able to find a unique, & genuine way to enjoy the smallest parts of living, which is something that I too am learning to appreciate, including enjoying one or more snow-chilled beer!" Wish I was there to share one of those frosty glasses of ice old, polyphenol-laden Guinness with you! With all of your cooking using sold fuel, I do share the concerns of a previous viewer - the byproduct of that heating method, and in fact, of all combustion, including a simple candle or solid fuel equivalent, is carbon monoxide - an odourless, tasteless, colourless gas that can harm you or do much worse, even in the smallest quantities over time. Thus, I cannot overemphasize the criticality of adequate ventilation, even on a cold winter evening, where you will certainly lose some heating efficiency but do so, with the benefit of protecting your health and life. A CO detector (with an audible alarm) is also a great idea to provide reassurance that your ventilation is adequate especially in any sealed or contained room or similar, like a camping van. I'm sure this consideration was not overlooked, but still might be a good idea to emphasize for the benefit of your less experienced viewers. Domo arigatogozaimasu!

he did have ventilation when the FF heater was on and before sleeping he turned it off and used the battery heated sleeping pads . from what i gather the ff heater is a laser heater that uses gas inside a airtight tube . so maybe co2 isnt released inside the car. idk tho

You see people here in Australia fitting chains to the rear wheels of 4WDs. Crazy as you know Chains on the front and engage 4WD and you get traction and steering benefits. Saw a guy fit chains to the rear wheels of a Mazda 323 once. Very funny when he tried to drive away!

4:30 please make sure you have plenty of fresh air coming into your van whenever you burn solid fuel or use gas for cooking. Carbon monoxide levels can rise very quickly and it can be deadly.

Fantastic. Thank you so much. The only common thing separating all you great van campers from us normal, humble human beings is that you don't have, and never need, a toilet. You travel, cook, grill, make food, eat, drink and enjoy your gadgets and "huge" storage, chat, make videos and sleep. But you don't have "a must"! WOW. I would like to be like that one day. HOW wonderful it will be never using, or needing, a toilet - like you! You are SO lucky! :-) Please teach us how you do that. Thank you again for the GREAT video. :-) Another thing. For me as a Finn from Finland, it is also extremely hilarious that you think that -9.5 C is cold. At my home country in the winter minimum -20 C is smooth average and nothing special. Just for family fun and in also the army, we are spending WEEKS in tents in vast forests with HUGE amounts of snow. Yes, nothing special. What you are showing is very nice, mild spring weather. The camper car, though, really is great and the video is fantastic (even though the mild weather is sort of funny. Thank you ONCE AGAIN! :-)
