I can only assume he was an average joe back home and will be playing the interesting foreigner card as hard as he can. Fingers crossed buddy we're all rooting for you. To be honest when I was that age this was before internet on phones etc so hopefully he will be okay navigating and translating the occasional phrase if need be on his phone. Edit: just figured out this from a while ago, she is 29 (Korean) in the show and is now 33. I was thinking she looks ridiculously young for her age.
