This is the case with scooters here too tho traffic police here is becoming strict they charge a fine for you if you're caught driving without licence, without helmet or with a triple seat. For Area:xin those accidents were nothing lol... its child's play for Indians ( not proud of it but.. we are used to it ) but India is far more developed now with more facilities too... but, surely, INDIAN lacks discipline a lot, for example, traffic rule like a zebra crossing, disobeying red lights, motorcycle on Footpath, etc... and I am not mad that other countries show only this side of INDIA but to the readers, you should know there is a whole lot better side of India then this you seeing every day in the news.
