@ she was walking with some friends and her manager when a fan approached her and she greeted them and I’m pretty sure the fan continued to follow and talk to her and some random person attack them and started punching them and Jessi ran away from the fight. The whole controversy was that she let her “friend” attack a fan when it was a normal person. She had a fight or flight reaction and she didn’t know the attacker so obviously she left to not be targeted next

the best way to gain weight is by eating more protein!!! chicken, fish, steak, protein shakes. i used to have a problem with putting on weight too. eating lots of protein & working out helped me gain weight. took me like a year to get where i wanted to be. now its all about maintaining it :)
