2018, this was probably around Egotistic era (shortly before or after), Hwasa was absolutely exploding in popularity back then. I think Big Bang were mostly in the military, so Sngri was promoting a lot as a soloist or whatever. They happened to be booked the same day for this. Which SUCKS because I love this show, I love that Hwasa got to be on it, but the replay value is ruined because of this guy. :/
