Why do I have G5 on the Turkish scale 1 and on the 0 scale, espresso pours like a bucket on Hibrew H10a, very fast strait ?

When used on the H10A, to make espresso the general grind scale will be used between 5-10, you need to use 18g of powder volume and use the WDT to break up the powder clusters in the ground coffee in order to achieve a certain extraction pressure and reduce the channeling effect
