That was a nice trip through the minefield. Good explanation. Do I think whether the hose/water/bucket analogy might have confused people? Mmm, maybe. But nice one, all the same. 😄👍

The hose/water/bucket is a perfect analogy. The hose and water are you electric lines and the electricity that comes out of them. The bucket is obviously the battery.
