Recioi bagus, kita kongsikan recipi, Belachen goreng, Kayu Manis, bungah rawang, buah pelaga, dan bungah chinkey, Bawang 4 biji, Santan rm 4.00 ( 400 gm) .serai 2 batang, satu kisar dan satu batang untuk tumis, bawang putih 5.biji ,kujid sedikit, chicken stock, gula ,Belachen goreng dan garam adalah step pertama yg paling mustahak di recipi ini.. Santan air satu mangkuk, dan Santan pekat satu mangkuk total rm 4.00 .bahagi kepafa dua mangkuk.. Tetapi santan air turun dahulu, akhir nak medidih, baru turun dantan pekat.. Gd job.. Khai Xin.. Kam Shia. !

I don't understand Hakka but I enjoy listening to por por because this reminds me of my grandmother-in-law. It is also heartening that her granddaughter can speak this dialect fluently. Whether por por's youtube channel is successful or not, she is already leaving a legacy for her children, grandchildren and descendants whom she may not meet. They will feel proud of her and her recipes will become a family heritage. Not many people can achieve that!

Really like ah mah's cooking very simply ingredients and easy to prepare tq.
This is a modified version. Should be nice as I have tried it with tapioca n turned out good. Tetengganu Malays always add cucumbers in to replace potatoes for their curries in Nasi Dagang. Each to his own style.
Popo you are super cute, pretty and a natural beauty ❤️❤️❤️. The way you pan fried potatoes first is the same way my grandpa taught us and I still followed his way till now. You are awesome PoPo.

Well, I’m done cooking curry chicken, just following what the senior lady instruction of course some of the ingredients I can’t find. But like the curry leaves and the lemon grass they don’t have,other okay they have it. Now my smelling good delicious dish waiting for me to duck in sorry guys. Kai Lan needs high heat to fry. Results will not be ad good if cooked over an induction cooker or medium heat. Ginger juice n pinch of sugar n wine are necessary to normal seasoning. Happy trying.

Ooops forgot to mention you need to drizzle a little sesame oil onto vege during the final to keep it green and aromatic.Happy cooking as kai lan is a difficult vege to handle. This is a more restaurant style,ok.

Chempedak is good with many dessert recipes. U can use unripe nangka or jackfruit in curries but not chempedak. The aroma is too strong.Try green nangka like in Malay or Indian curries.

I think that small pack of curry powder is 25 g. Pls check n confirm as 250g is a huge,amount. U listed it in ingredients as 250g.

Serbuk yg kamu guna ialah Cap Babas Curry Ayam se bungkus 25 gm, Santan 400 gm untuk seekur ayam, masa memasak, 20 minutes dan Ayam paha 4.paha ,masa memasak 25 minutes.. Cara Ah Tok memadak saperri Irang Taiwan memadak curry Ayam, kerana Orang Taiwan tak tahu bubuh 4.sekawan iaitu, kayu manis, bunga rawang, buah pelaga dan bunga chinkey.. Daun curry not Copalsary, kerana Curry Ikan baru bubih daun curry,, sebab itu Ah Hong kitchen, sufah bagi recipi yg silap dan salah kepada Pelanggan You Tube ok.. Gd job.. Ah Tok dan Khai Xin.. Fat Fat Choy!
