Black cardamom - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Ghee -2 tbsp
Salt to taste
