रोज़ लहसून 3 कलिया आराम से चबा चबा कर खाये नहार मूंह। और उपर गुण गुणा पाणी पिये। हर हफ्ते शूरू के 3/4 दिन कोलेस्ट्रल खत्म होणे तक। महिने में खत्म होगा पूरा खराब वाला
