611 still uses a Hancock 3 chime, but it has a different pitch so either it is the same whistle, but toned down, or a new whistle whistle entirely.

When he left the 611, he took his whistle with him and 611 was given the garbage one it wore for several decades. Thankfully she just got a better sounding one this year before it went back to Virginia

+Alex Paumen No it's not. It's the whistle 611 wore in the 80s and 90s. The whistle it wore last year was a UP FEF whistle, so it's not the correct one. Mine is from a recording of 611.

+Alex Paumen The whistle 611 wore last year is terrible. 611s actual whistle (on my engine) was taken with one of the staff member that left the FireUp611 Campaign right before 611 was fired up in May last year. There is hope that it will be back on the engine sometime this year for the 2016 season.

Wow, this locomotive came faster then i expected, great job Steve! Also one question, are you worried about Sub Par Productions's J Class because it is very detailed as well and people might prefer one or the other. (I am not saying that because the Sub Par Productions J Class is better then yours, i am just saying this because Sub Par Productions's one is free and your's is $15.00 and you might not get that much sold.) (PS: I will be getting this soon anyway so i don't prefer one to the other, they are both good.)

What's there to be worried about? Mine has way more detail, my sounds are much better and accurate, mine comes with a matching aux and 15 passenger cars, and mine is based off what 611 looks like now. So if someone doesn't want to pay for mine because Bens is free, then good for them. But mine is definitely the better of the two.

I have always liked your content Steve, it brings joy to my Trainz experience, i have spent more then 40 pounds on your content which includes the Reading T1, Frisco T-54, C&O J3a, all 4 PRR K4's, PRR J1 and your N&W A Class as well as all your freeware.
