Before you start the cloud kitchen understand what exactly people are preffering to eat near your surroundings. Also their lifestyle, working or not working. Age group, families or batchelor s. Just get an idea analysing your neighbourhood. Once you are done with that, ask yourself? what best you can cook, for how many people you can cook? Plan prepare and execute.
