Hi! It is actually pronounced Açaí (As-ayee), not Ak-ayee. She IS pronouncing it correctly :) The word is actually spelled out as Açaí, not Acai. The hook accent under the c (ç) gives it the ‘s’ sound instead of the traditional (kuh or c) sound. Cheers!
