Lord Subrahmanya is the main deity of Kukke Subrahmanya Temple. The main entrance of the temple lies to the east. The devotees will enter from west through main Gopuram and enter the inner quadrangle from the east. There is a pedestal in the centre of the sanctum. On the upper Dias there is the idol of Shree Subrahmanya and then the idol of Vasuki and little lower the idol of Shesha.
Kukke Subrahmanya is the abode of nagas. Here pooja is offered to lord Subrahmanya merged with serpent king Vasuki. Hence, believed to be the ultimate solace for salvation from any sort of naga doshas. Thousands of devotees come here from far and wide to offer Sarpa Samskara, Nagaprathishta, Ashlesha Bali & other rituals.
SARPA SAMSKARA inclusive of Nagaprathishta (For relief from sarpahathya dosha)
For this seva, devotees have to register their names in the temple office by paying ₹ 3,200.00 (Rupees Three Thousand only) either by Cash in person or through Bank D.D. in favor of Kukke Shree Subrahmanya Temple along with complete address and contact numbers. Online Booking is also available for this seva. The devotees who have undergone Upanayana Samskara and performed Pithrukarma can undertake this ritual themselves. For others the temple office will allocate Kriya Karthu on their behalf. The registered devotes will be informed the date of the commencement of the seva. Such devotees have to be stay here for two days. A room will be reserved for the Seva, but room rent has to be paid separately. This Seva can be performed on all day except Dashami, Ekadashi, Gokulastami, Shivarathri, Grahana (Eclipse) and during the annual festival for 15 days.
Seva devotees after bath in the holy Kumaradhara and Darshana of Lord Subrahmanya should report at 8:30 AM on the booked date at Adi Subrahmanya in the venue reserved for them.
Follow the instructions given by the Purohitha regarding rituals.
Partake forenoon PRASADA at 1:00 PM noon and evening tiffin at 6:00 PM in the SHANMUKHA DINING HALL(upstairs). Night meals are forbidden.
Food and tiffin arrangements are limited to 4 people per Seva ticket.
Next day morning after bath report at the very same venue at 5:30 AM and have tiffin at 7:30 AM in the Dining Hall.
Report at NAGAPRATHISHTA Mantapa in the outer quadrangle of the Kukke Sri Subrahmanya Temple after pradakshina. Soon after midday MAHAPOOJA, the Archaka concerned will conduct Nagaprathishta. Partake PRASADAM.
Seva fee of ₹ 3,200 is inclusive of Dhaana Dakshina to Purohitha, Kriya Karthu, Brahmacharis and Godana. Hence if anybody insists or demands for extra payment, complaint can be lodged at the temple office.
Temple entry is forbidden on the first day of the seva.
Avoid unofficial advice. Temple administration is not responsible if devotees land in trouble by misinformation / disinformation.
One booking is enough for one family. A maximum of 4 people can perform the pooja in a ticket. Contact Temple IVRS / Sarpasamskara counter to avoid any confusion and to avoid double booking.
Booking once done (online or offline), cannot be cancelled or refunded. Only date change is allowed.
Cancellation / refund will be applicable only for second or additional bookings done due to technical issues. The Temple Administration hold full rights regarding the decision of the same.

25.27 those sitting ppl are for nagaprathistha,.the conclusion of kalasarpa samskara dosha....2nd day at 5.30 u will have the shudikaran that will last upto 8am...u are served breakfast same like yday night and later u need to enter temple and attend this nagapradisksha pooja that starts at 12....temple needs to make arrangements with their help services....local ppla themselves find difficult to know abt pooja and venue details...the temple is so small, with fewer exists everyday, there is a stampede like situation

@@Jivanswami007 on 2nd day after bath, u have to reach the hall at 5.30 am to attend the shudhikaran that goes upto 8 am, u r provided breakfast in the nearby hall itself, frm there u need to go in to the temple premises, for nagapradiksha which starts at 12 on the same day that goes for another 1 hr, u can finish that procedure and go ahead with swami darisanam ....on the 1st day and before shudhikaran on thr 2nd day, u shld not go into temple

@@sujoyhanra4868 nagaprathista is once a day and many takes part other than those who does sarpa samskara...hence crowd will be more...everyday it starts at 10.30 am....on 2nd day of sarpa samskara, after the shudhi that gets done by 8 am, u can go directly to temple premises...inside the temple there is a mandapam for nagaprathistha ....after performing the sankalpam with the pandit, u r let to the mandap...per ticket 2 ppl, unlike sarpa samskara ...the pooja takes 1 hr...while coming out u r given prasadam for the tickets u have, one for sarpa samskara and another for nagaprathista....u can then go and have special food served in sarpa samskara dining hall (as u have the sarpa samkara ticket) or at the hall where common devotees are served normal food ...
