But I know that I have my beautiful Creator, Savior and Holy Spirit to walk with me through the valley. I am never alone. Christ is in me. I will see my Mom again in God's amazing Heaven.

I love this song. I am adopted twice my first parents were neglectful and was adopted at age four. Then I was taken back into DCS at age fourteen because my second parents were abusive. My parents now, adopted me at age sixteen; they are great people. They were the first people I ever truly opened up to about our abuse. On top of this, I spoke to my mother about my anger with God at the time. I blamed God for our adoption and abuse and not once did I hear a judgemental word from my mother. She gave me so much spiritual advice. I know I will never be physically hurt again by any of my parents. My mother always said that we lived in a home of peace. My mother still fosters children and is busy all the time. She is a hero to me, many people in my life and some people I may never know. Sometimes I watch her run herself ragged. My mother is sixty five so I asked her the other day how she carries on she said that it is only "by the grace and strength given by God."

This song is meant for me. God wanted me to be encouraged by this message in this Song of Love Joy Peace Forgiveness and Grace. There is peace between my mum now and I forgive my mum. God is at work restoring our broken relationships, home and saving my family. I thank and Glorify God..Thank you MIchael for singing that blessed hearfelt inspired song. Strange, I'd blare this out loud in my truck, back in forth to work when it first came out & mom was still alive.....never thought 2 years this Christmas Eve it hit me like a ton of bricks. I stayed by her side, held her hand, kissed her forehead gently, and said momma, you can let go, Jesus is calling you home...us kids will be ok. 😢
