I remembered when my mom died I was upset at God because He didn't heal my mom. I stayed away from God for 8 years not church nor praying or reading the Bible. One night Jesus came to me saying it's time. When I woke up I cried because I thought He didn't love me anymore He spoke to me in spirit that He was always there for me. After that day I was so hungry for Him it's been 4 years now I got baptized clinging to Him daily.

Demons do actually appear as old men? I’ve seen some in my nightmares. Very vivid. One just made stupid faces at me and continued to do so, mocking me while I screamed in terror but COULDN’T WAKE UP AT FIRST. Another is was I shined a flashlight onto this old man’s face in the dark, and he was making an unnatural open mouth frown face at me (and another guy was hiding in the dark, as if he didn’t see want to be seen). I was woke up screaming at the top of my lungs (and I’m a 28 year old man, but these things are just, different) from both of these. I remember the second one (more recent) that face was burned into my mind and I felt like it was still with me, and I just wanted it to go away and unsee it. All I could do was pray and read Bible verses. Sadly, I’m still having trouble feeling saved, I still feel these evil spirits (real or not) and fear and paranoia of being watched, but I don’t feel God’s presence. I feel like I’m only turning to God out of fear and desperation, maybe that’s why He’s ignoring me? Also because I don’t feel like I can commit to giving up all sins, especially lust related ones, especially because they don’t necessarily feel wrong or immoral. I’ve been controlled against my will before, it was terrifying. Calling out to God and begging for help actually made it stop. And yet, I still struggle to feel God, I only feel motivated to pray when I’m scared and feel demons around me (whether they’re real or it’s just in my mind) and I view following God as sacrificing all enjoyment in life. I feel like if I just pick and choose what I want to follow, God will condemn me for that, because I’ll know I’m just lying to myself and still breaking His rules/commandments. Like, the desire to have a girlfriend and experience romantic and sexual intimacy (I’m 28 virgin man) is something I feel is too important and central to life to give up on, and “marriage” would be even further out, I’m already 28, and haven’t even reached the first step. I also never want kids, and (maybe it’s just the Catholics, not necessarily the Christians?) some people say EVEN IN MARRIAGE, wearing a condom, birth control, or getting a vasectomy are all sins against God, and I just think that’s completely ridiculous and no wonder so many people leave religion. I understand abo rtion being wrong, but preventing pregnancy while still having $EXUAL INTIMACY? What’s next? Breathing oxygen is a sin because we’re stealing it from the trees or something more ridiculous like that?

Jesus came to me, too. I appreciate it more now,all these 55 years later. My parents just divorced and both step parents were brutally mentally & emotionally heartless. Jesus met me by the riverside and I was not spared the abuse but I knew His incredible love for me. Since neither of my parents stopped the abuse I felt abandoned, rejected and unloved except for the greatest love anyone can know. Nothing compares to the love of God in Jesus. I was a child and He comforted me, still comforts me. I am His and He is mine.❤

Thanks for sharing that. Yes, sometimes we have to through abuse, difficulties, pain and persecution, but God is still there with us. His love never left us. I'm so glad you still experienced His love. My son dealt with a similar spiritual warfare soon after we transferred him to a Christian school. He began to fall apart emotionally. One night he was having an episode, like a severe panic attack. I silently prayed for him in the dark. He didn’t know I was praying. The panic attack suddenly stopped and he said to me “a dark figure just walked away from me”. He was then very calm and told me “it’s over, I’m fine now.” There’s a lot more to this story but that was one of the scariest nights of my life. And the night that I discovered how powerful prayer is. That was 6 years ago and he is now close to God and prays all the time.

In 2014 I just began reading the Bible & my daughter passed unexpectedly. Of course I was devastated.. some days I couldn't control the sobbing. Was always praying or yelling out to God. Had an overwhelming sense of abandonment. I cried myself to sleep one night feeling very alone. I was awakened in the middle of the night hearing a foreign language. I sat up & wrote down what the words sounded like... The next afternoon I remembered that it happened, and plugged those letters into Google, and it was a real set of words!!! Back in 1983I was doubting my salvation sitting at my grandmas table in Warrenton Oregon I said Lord please show me that I'm saved I said on judgement day it will show me asking you to show me that I'm saved Because everything will be shown openly. And if you don't show me that I'm saved I had my bible opened up and I looked down at my bible and the words grew dark bold as if the letters were jumping off the page. I thought i was a real christian since i knew the bible, believed in Jesus and went to church while living a pretty normal life with listening to music, watching all types of movies and shows and going to concerts, doing nothing crazy rebellious really...but the spiritual world wasn't part of my reality... until i experienced my first and terrifying, demonic spiritual attack after going to Chris Brown's 'Under the influence' concert. SH!T WOKE ME UP!! Every background visual from that concert (triangle with eye in the middle, egyptian gods etc.) was in that sleep paralysis episode i had that night, where the demons were holding me down, so i knew what was happening was connected to the concert. In the end the name of Jesus got me out. Ever since then, i've been taking the spiritual world seriously and have learned that anything no matter how small or innocent it seems can be a gate to it. I've also learned that Christianity isn't just a smileyfaced Jesus-loves-you religion but literally also protection in this spiritual battle we're in.

OMG. He just described exactly what happened to me. I was into New Age practices and Buddhism during a day of meditation I was going to astral project and as I did I encountered that person, tall, in black robes. I knew it was death. I'm not talking about Buddhist religion, but meditation practices are often use with the intention of not just calming your mind but to empty your mind to connect to something grander or the concept of God. Idk why but somehow i noticed it become trend, ppl tend to seek more 'spiritual' experiences from outside God actual words which is the bible. I heard some cases that people got attacked during deep yoga meditation or becoming strange after emptying their mind. I really not recommend it, it'll be best to just do your hobby to relax your mind, maybe cooking. Why would choose to go emptying your mind and expecting something grander while you don't know what will happen to you later, best just pray to God in everything you do. I know that modern practices use meditation to help calm down the mind, but if you want to meditate, it'll be best to pray to Jesus God first to help calm your mind first.in my opinion you have to accept and know who is your God first before you make a connection. He is not just a concept nor consciousness nor source like in the new age trends, but He is indeed God and He is Jesus Christ.

When I was younger, I almost lost my life and ended up in having a low number of platelets, that were supposed to only regenerate with the removal of my spline. I could not take medication for it all my life.. Neither of that had to happen though. My mom and sister prayed for me, and through God's grace and glory, I was healed. Hallelujah! I felt the Holy Spirit when I got baptized. It was indescribable. A few months later God gave me a vision of a beautiful midnight sky. I saw a million stars and heard crickets. My body felt warm and I fell into a deep sleep. I woke up the next morning and remembered it. I have never had another experience like that. I felt God speak to me through the video. I’ve had trouble with starting to drift away from my relationship with the Lord, struggling with not reading the bible, with falling into sin again and again. Somewhere in scripture it says something along the lines of, “raise your children up with the Word and they will never stray from it”. It also says, that “The Lord hears the prayers of the righteous”. Even though you were lost for some time, the Lord heard the prayers of your family I’m sure and He didn’t leave you. Everytime I go to Catholic Mass the priest’s sermon for the week shockingly coincides like a sermon on what im going through for that week. I’m 54 years old, was raised in church from a young age, when I was in my early twenties the Pastor I grew up with moved to another state and preached there, and I never really found another church where I felt like it was “home” . I don’t think I’ve ever known the Lord like this, REALLY known HIM, and I want to so desperately! I’ve watched so many testimonies on this channel the last couple of days and I’m so hungry for the Lords presence in my life! I don’t have a church right now, because I’ve tried finding one so many times over the years and the flashing lights and quick alter calls if any, just feels fake. I listen to praise and worship music mostly, sadly I realize I don’t even know much about the Bible because I have a hard time focusing when I try reading it, please pray for me that the Lord will help me to soak up His words like a spiritual sponge 🙏

I'm glad to hear that you are hungry to know the Lord, and that you are seeking the real thing. Don't give up. He wants us to draw near to Him, and when we do, He has promised to draw near to us. It doesn't mean overwhelming emotions nessasarily, but a deeper 'knowing' of Him. Do you speak in tongues? If you do, spend some time pouring your heart out to Him (you can also pour your heart out in words, or just groans) . Then stop, be quiet and listen. Try to listen for that small, still voice. Maybe He reminds you of someone. Someone to call or send an encouraging message to. Then step out in faith and do what he tells you to. This will build faith, and even connections. Maybe lead you to a small fellowship where you can grow, maybe a house fellowship. That quiet time is very important. When He starts speaking to you like that, you will realize that He is real and cares for you, and others through you. Take bigger and bigger steps in faith. Yes, Bible is also important, but you you can also listen to it. There are many good audioversions on KZbin. Choose some upbuilding books fom the Bible that focuses on who Christ is, and listen to them again and again while you do other things, and the words will become part of you. At least that's one way of doing it, if you can't focus on reading (which many people struggle with). Be encouraged to seek, but also to rest in Him. It says: strive to enter that rest. Something this guy said stuck with me that I had to write it down to reflect on. He said religious by culture. That is what binds up a lot of people. We just go through the motions because that is what is expected of us. I grew up Catholic and that is how my life was. I met my wife while I was in the Army and we've been married for almost 40 years. I'm not Catholic anymore but Christian and Jesus sent her to me all those years ago to lead me to Jesus. Without that I would not know him. I'm a Deacon at our church and when the Pastor asked me to be one I struggled with it but said Jesus if this is what you want me to do I'll do it. I'm still learning as we all are. I just thank Jesus for his love and grace every day. If you don't know him yet, please ask him to come into your life and he will.

I' m an orthodox Christian and i have a similar experience, when i ask Jesus to be my only teacher & i ask to be with him, the same night i had an amazing experience, a voice told me wake up and wait, then waves of pure LOVE , unconditional love start to be all around me, such a powerful love that do not exist in Earth, I was crying and while i was sitting in my bed, i start to see the universe and then i saw thousands of human souls like small stars walking like a Hugh river of souls, i knew it was all kind of humans that believe in him and in this place everything was FULL of LOVE , no other feeling could exist there, it felt so powerful and this energy was so strong, i was shocked and ask to return back , immediately my vision clear and i was sitting in my room again, crying of all i have experienced. Jesus is real, it is pure divine LOVE , he can hear us, he can see us and he love us! I knew that all the souls were going to the place that he said to us: I m going to prepare" a place for you" in heaven...so yes, believe in him and talk to him wherever you are, he listen to you!❤❤❤

I was raised Catholic. Around 16 I started struggling with believing God wanted me. I stopped going to church and persued other avenues trying to find him. To this day, 22 years later, I am positive a demon followed me home one night and the only reason it didnt get me is because I was in my mothers house which she kept blessed and prayed for us everyday. 9 years ago, after trying to find a church community, we went to service at a well known church in our area, but a small branch of it. That very first sermon the head preacher said that Jesus didnt want us perfect, he wants us as we are. Repentent amd accepting of his love as imperfect he created and as im crying, being hugged by a stranger, heard him whisper " here".

Thank you Jesus for this testimony. I'm so encouraged by this beautiful testimony. My youngest son has just turned 16, and a few months ago, before he turned 16, he told me that he lost his faith in Jesus, and that he didn't believe in Him anymore. It broke my heart 💔 I was saved 11 years ago when he was 5 years old. My eldest son is a believer too...he was 15 years old when I was saved and he remembers very well my transformation when I was saved, so he was convinced that Jesus is the way, very easily, because I went from being an angry and depressed addict mom to being a happy loving and free mother. But my youngest son doesn't remember the change so much. So He doesn't see the power of God in the way I am now....he just thinks that I've always been like this. So he announced that he didn't believe in Jesus anymore and that night I cried like I had lost a child. My sorrow was so heavy, I felt like someone died. I tried to not let my son see my sorrow, but it has been hard. Now I just try to love him back to Jesus, and I've had people in my prayer group telling me and prophecying that it is just for a while and he will come back to Jesus. It has helped me a lot, but this testimony was the best confirmation of it. The arms of the Lord are not too short to save my son. And I proclaim that my son will come back to Jesus, with a faith stronger than ever before 🙌❤️

I've been devout most of my life, and I continue battling inner demons like Pride and Wrath while finding new messages that bring me closer to Christ. I wept uncontrollably when the lyrics to a song cried out 'I've found my purpose/To love You'. I battled with suicide when I was young and questioned my worth, I was mocked for being an easy crier (doesn't take much to get tears to flow; they come before any sound), and it was an internal struggle. But we all have worth. My purpose in this life is to find God and love Him, and in turn give that love and compassion to those that seek it. ❤ God is good

You know i was thinking earlier tonight about wrath, and I thought about how when we see someone do wrong, we sometimes want them to hurt and that's part of our wrath, then I thought well, God has wrath too....I sorta got confused, then you know what Jesus helped me figure out what the difference was? That I am also a sinner like the other sinners I get mad at, so i have no righteousness to want that or carry it out in any way. The difference is HE Jesus and God, is without sin, so he has the right to wrath, but then he also gives mercy. It really can humble you to see the truth like that.

That's a great desire. If you are a believer, you have met Jesus in a way already, but I understand that you want to have a deeper encounter with Him. The Holy Spirit was poured out to give power to share the gospel boldly. Ask, and you shall be given. Believe that you have received it, by faith, and start thanking Him for it. Open your mouth and praise Him. When your own words are not enough, then speak the words that bubble up from deep within you. Let Him take over. Let the Holy Spirit pray through you. Let His will happen in your life, over your tongue. Surrender yourself to Him and say: use me, Lord, as you want. Something might not happen immediately, but don't give up. Keep seeking Him. Yes, I've wished that sometimes also, but I believe He wants us to be partakers in His plans and purposes and grow in love and self control. We also need each other. Do you have someone to confide in and be accountable to? As a believer in Jesus, you have the Holy Spirit in you, and therefor the power to conquer sin. Begin to thank Him for that power. Because it is no longer you (your sinful self) that lives, but Christ that lives in you, and you are more than a conquerer in Him. @@DisgruntledDoc Everybody allowed slavery in ancient times. Israel gave some rights to the slaves. They couldn't just be killed as in most societies around for instance. There were no social security, so people often had to sell themselves in to slavery to survive. But it was because of the Christian understanding of the value of all people, that made some react to the cruelties of the transatlantic slavetrade. The quakers were among the first. In Christianity lied the seeds to the human rights. The way we view history today is largely through judeo-Christian eyes.

I have recently returned to Jesus. I always believed, but didn’t take it seriously. However since praying and submitting myself to the wisdom and kindness of the Lord my life has changed dramatically. Anxiety and worry has declined and a feeling of peace has come over me. It’s a struggle sometimes as negative thoughts still occur, but I challenge them with help from Jesus. Then one day, I walked past a marble statue of Jesus in the hospital I work at. I had passed it countless times and barely paid attention to it. As I stopped and looked at the statue an overwhelming feeling of absolute love came over me. I have never a experienced a feeling of such love and joy ever. I feel that it is a sign that I am on the right path.

This testimony hits home. I am now a child of Christ. Before this, I grew up in church but left and lived my life. I got into lots of new age things and now realize that demons were always attacking me, even as a child. I would have nightmares and this one in particular, I woke up screaming to a nightmare and my husband woke up to try to calm me. I always had dreams that someone/thing was chasing me. While my husband was comforting me, he smelled that demon smell. It's putrid. It was hovering over the bed and I smelled it when I sat up. It smells of sulfur, rotten eggs, rotting flesh, it's disgusting! It eventually went away but I learned the next day, that is the smell of hell. I have rebuked demons in the night that were attacking my husband. I saw them with my eyes. Blue demons with red eyes, smiling at me while crawling away. I would feel demons crawling on me at night, I would see them standing by my bed. So much fear. I contacted my old pastor who told me to make a decision and close the door to the demons. Remove all the new age stuff from my home, touch any wall of my home and ask God to live there. That did help with me sleeping better at night but what has completely changed my life is accepting Jesus and giving my life to him. I now read the bible and have it by my bedside. I can sleep well again with no demons. They are real. Choose Jesus, always. Amen.

Oh wow, what a not-coindicende! I just made a very important decision yesterday and recommit my life to the Lord and I was praying for Him to baptize me with Holy Spirit but it did not happened yet, my spirit was still suffering... My church friends was praying for me too, but as I was crying in my prayer I was starting to suffocate and I couldn't continue praying.. But strangely, I was not sad.. I felt peace and something like assurance in my heart that I've never felt before. I'm still trying to process what happened to me yesterday, I still could not understand why I was suffocated, why the Holy Spirit was not yet given to me in full. This morning, I asked the Lord, am I being impatient and ask Him to show me and teach me His will.. I was supposed to sleep now, but so so so so grateful I stumbled across this video. Your story strengthen me in faith and makes me smile, like "Jesus thank you so much! Thank you for speaking to me through Greg's life story." I know God still needs to process me and I know His will, will be done in my life. Blessed be His name!
