Got it after viewing your video. R7 il getting lot of noise 😢.

Sorry to hear that, but its not the lens which is the culprit here. Its the camera. R7 is a 32.5 MP crop sensor cam, which means you have to expect similar noise levels of a 83.2 MP full frame camera. So if not in good lighting obviously the images will suffer.

To give you a perspective R5 in crop mode will have approximately 17.5 MP only. Higher the pixel density higher will be the noise.
