Thank you Dr pande. I some time use Avocado oil it is cold pressed extra virgin oil and I use them with bread because I don't like butter so I use Olive oil or Avocado oil . But not all olive oils are good one although they say extra virgin olive oil . Now I learn how to test the Olive oil's purity . You take one small glass made bowl put little Olive oil and cover it properly and keep it totally back of the fridge for 25hr without disturbing it if it solidified than it is pure Olive oil .
