We Maharashtrians keep kanda bhajji very simple. Chop onions in lines as shown, sprinkle salt & mash with fingers until onions leave the water. Add turmeric, chili powder, hand crushed ajwain, & gram flour. That’s it, deep fry in 1 go. No need to add water at all.

I really like that part in all your videos, anyway the request is Dal Bati, please ekdum bachelor wala tricks and tips se yeh dish banana sikhao hummein, I am sure a lot of people want to learn that.
