You're not just a chef, but a one stop solution for everything. The moment I enter the kitchen to cook something I first search on youtube if you've made a video of that dish or not, if yes then there's no other way and your confectionery recipes have made me steel fair share of verbal accolades in my vicinity especially for cakes. 11th of July was my mother's birthday and I tried your recipe to make kada prasad for her, and the biggest compliment I've received till date was for it that was "bilkul apni dadi ke jaisa aate ka halwa banaya hai" I'll always be indebted to you for this. I don't know what's there with you but you accompany me to my kitchen, befriend me, talk to me like a mentor/friend/philosopher. Many a times I just play your video if I'm feeling dull or upset. You just have that capacity to boost the energy, light up faces, and make one fall in love with not just food but life in general. Thank you for being such a positive influence on so many rasoi, annapoorna and dining tables. As a viewer I'll always grateful to you. Thank you for everything. @Ranveer ji can u please explain who came up with the term "pakora" & "Bajji" cos in the south it's quite opposite to what u mentioned. They call "Bajji as the fried veggies dipped in liquid batter" & "chopped veggies (mainly onion/spinach n sometimes even cashew) mixed with gram flour n rice flour with ginger, chilly n salt as Pakoda". So it will helpful if you can give us some history so i can arguably correct my family n friends :P

In Karnataka (i.e.Gadag city) brinjal pakora are famous chef, you must try them👍 We eat brinjal pakora with girmitt (girmit is a puffed rice with lot of sev,chillies and onions)😋
