Künefe - Delicious Turkish Dessert

Künefe is one of the most delicious Turkish desserts from Turkish cuisine. Künefe is a sweet cheese pastry, made from kadayıf dough shreds unsalted melting cheese and soaked in sweet syrup. Künefe is mostly served with pistachio powder ice cream or Turkish kaymak (Cream)

@Gezen Adam How similar in taste is Turkish kunefe to Jordanian knafeh? Turkish kunefe seems to have a lot more pistachos.

there is a difference between them, in knafeh you can see the melted cheese filling between the dough layer, in the Turkish künefe the cheese and dough are mixed baked, both desserts are delicious and they are made in nearly 20 varieties such as pistachio filling or walnut filling 👍🏻
