I thought Tazorac is the third generation? 😯😲😦😧😨👏👏👏
Did you mean that the 4th generation retin-A is not so light sensitive as in if we sleep with night lights?
@celestialstar124 Жыл бұрын
Sorry to ask because i am warded I in june 2023 for 2 weeks. Ward got light on throughout the night so i stop using Retin-A. In August 2023 i got warded till now 3 oct and will still be warded due to serious post surgery infection that requires iv antibiotics. I am forced to stop retin-A for like 2 months due to lights in ward whole night.

Retin-A (tretinoin) is known to be sensitive to light, especially natural sunlight. However, the intensity and type of light in a hospital ward may be different from direct sunlight. While it's a good precaution to avoid exposing Retin-A to intense light, it's best to consult with your healthcare provider or dermatologist for specific guidance regarding the lights in your ward and the use of Retin-A. Given your circumstances of being in the hospital due to a serious post-surgery infection, your healthcare team will likely prioritize your medical needs over skincare products. They can provide you with the best advice on when and how to resume using Retin-A based on your individual situation and the lighting conditions in the ward. I hope your recovery goes well, and please follow your medical team's recommendations for both your health and skincare.
