I’m a vegan, my B12 is above the level. My doctor said it is very okay. It is so easy to have B12 on our diet. I got it from cereal, cheese and yogurt. Do not take supplements til you consult with your doctor. The best way to include the vitamins and minerals from natural foods.
We eat vegetarian food twice a month. We also eat less meat in our daily meals. We add more legumes, nuts , vegetables , fruits & dates in our food. But we eat eggs ,cheese and drink milk with cereal and oats in our daily breakfast.
