It's the first and only time I've teared up while watching anime because there was such a connection to real life and that highschool was ending. As for K-ON!, the thing I like about it so much is that you connect and see yourself with/as the characters differently on every, watch depending what's happening in your life. Probably didn't need to write this, but oh well, K-ON! forever.

It's ten years pass by and yet, These song always struck me everytime I heard them. It's bring me the memories I have when I watch it long ago and that tell me I've never change since then. I'm still passionate about music compose, playing and learning to play new instument is something that I'm still doing and watching this is kinda a reminder that this is where I've started from since the beginning what inspired me until this day. K-ON! was the first anime I watched outside of Shonen stuff like DBZ and Bleach, and the first I found by myself. It stuck with me, and around when K-ON!! was broadcasting I ended up emigrating from the UK to Australia. Between the anime, the manga, and the music, K-ON! helped me feel a sense of normalcy while my world was literally flipped upside down. Even now, nearly 10 years after the show finished, the music still brings a tear to my eye. Thank you.

I was not there when this anime became a big hit and cemented it's own genre. But I am here now. In this generation, this life where I can still be a part of it. I am glad I found this anime. I am thankful for Kyoto animation for producing it and the anime man for introducing it to me. This is the best slice of life I've ever seen and the cutest, most wholesome show I've ever watched. K-on changed my life ❤️.. Because of this I discover music and instruments and I learned how to play guitar and now wanting to have band.. When it comes to K-On!, the common consensus is that you either love it or hate it. A KZbin channel called Under The Scope did a really good analysis of it, saying that most people's problem with it is that they expect something completely different - they anticipate the story of a high school band trying to reach the big stage, but instead get a slice-of-life series. Personally, I love K-On!. I kinda found it late though (just before my second year at college), but the emotions still hit you like a truck, especially towards the end.

I never watched this anime, but I do remember it for an accidental reason: *Its two main protagonists had hairstyles and hairpins very similar to those worn by the two main protagonists of **_Figure 17,_** an anime that I did watch. The resemblance was such that I ended up confusing both pairs of characters with each other.*

The transition from happy to nostalgic to sraight up in tears is amazing. Amazing playing and , ofc course, amazing music. KyoAni always the best. Fun fact I started play guitar because of this show, and here I am 2 years later still playing passinately and with renewed energy each time someone plays K-On!.
