Description translation: (You can also use egg whites instead of cream.) Recipe: 90 grams butter 160 grams chocolate (I used 120 grams dark chocolate and 40 grams milk chocolate) 50 grams granulated sugar 3 egg yolks 200 ml cold cream (35% fat) Take the butter and chocolates in a heatproof bowl. Fill half of the pot with water. Then put your pot on medium heat and start to boil the water slowly. Put the butter and chocolate over it and melt it. (I think it’s called bain-marie but i might be wrong) Set it aside. Pour the egg yolks in another bowl. Add the sugar and whisk them. We will cook it with the bain-marie method. Put the bowl over the boiling water. Cook for 4-5 minutes stirring constantly. Set aside and add the chocolates into the yolks. Mix well and leave to cool. Whisk the cold cream until stiff. Add the egg mixture and mix with a spatula without extinguishing. Pour it into cups
