She faltered a little bit on her whistle tone at the end but giirrrlll i aint complaining. She sang full force from start to finish with very high notes all throughout 3 technically and vocally DIFFICULT songs to sing and there was also some dancing involved so can you just imagine the strain that puts on the voice? She maintained her energy all throughout too all the while not feeling a 100% (she was sick i think before the show) so she still has to be commended for this. 👏👏👏

most professional singers have gained their exceptional talent in singing while joining a lot of singing contests from a younger age like as in below or 10 years old and above until they get older and discovered by producers etc., others have been making singing as a hobby, and at a young age have gained self skill using other artists as inspiration to hone their talent in singing. same as those who are inclined with dancing, and/ or playing musical instruments. others don't really have formal training. the talent just comes thru. that's for most of us here in ph. thank you very much for an objective based critic of our kababayan morissette. she's one of the best singers here in the ph at a young age.

Subscribed for Morissette. She is incredibly talented and unique. I have never seen anyone like her in my entire life. Every song she covers, she amazingly manages to make it her own yet I truly believe that no one can take away from Morissette her originals Akin Ka Na Lang and Diamante no matter who attempts to cover those. Compare her to the greats and she will definitely be up there or even better. I have no doubt that she would be an international star on a global level soon.

In the Philippines, it is not enough that you can just sing beautifully, you need to showcase your voice as iconic as possible with a unique register otherwise you will be ditched aside or will not last long in the music industry. The Filipino standards in the musical selection for the best singers/artists are extensive that an aspirant will go through series of competitions before obtaining the title as Professional Singer. More importantly, Filipino singers practice in the Karaoke, for your information.

If they can react to english songs, why not tagalog ? What's wrong with it ? All we care about at the end of the day are her vocal abilities, not the language she is singing in. Moreover, Morissette has proved many times that she can deliver emtions in any language, because she feels the music, she is the music, she is a storyteller. Music transcends races and languages ! We should appreciate these pieces of art. Look here, I'm french and I don't speak one bit of tagalog (hence I won't reply to the last part of your comment because I can't understand) but it doesn't stop me from connecting to songs in foreign languages ! Anyway, I don't get your point. (Especially since you can speak tagalog so I'm assuming you might be from the phillipines.
