OMG! You just got introduced to our Soul Supreme KZ Tandingan! FYI, she used reverb in the intro. In an interview last year, she said that she intentionally uses reverb to catch her audience unaware and surprise them to get their attention. She joined The Singer 2018 (China) and she debuted on that show with this song. I recommend that you watch it as well, they tweaked the arrangement. I also recommend you react to her cover of Royals and Say Something.

KZ Tandingan is a very popular Filipina singer, she developed her singing style due to small set back she experienced during her high school junior year, she had vocal cord problems that prevented her from singing at higher ranges which she could’ve done normally.. now she combines jazz, soul, r&b, pop, rap and her creative twist to produce outstanding arrangements and interpretations of popular songs. KZ is very underrated singer, she also performed in China singer 2018..
