I honestly do not know what I recorded Kristina and Sarahs reaction without headphones. I tried my best to make the audio as smooth as possible, but there are some points where it goes from low to high, so I'm sorry about that!!

Nice reaction! Imho though I think it was a mistake to show the mvs with subtitles on cuz I think reading and trying to understand the lyrics retracts their attention from the cinematography. But I love how they started paying more attention to the Knock Knock video. Twice!

TWICE THEORY TIME! Hear me out, I'm pretty sure both Knock Knock and TT are tied to Cheer up and Ooh Ahh. The title of their albums go like this: The Story Begins, Page Two, Twicecoaster Lanes 1 and 2. The title of the book in Knock Knock is called 'TwiceCoaster', meaning that both Ooh Ahh and Cheer Up were prologues of sorts. Ooh Ahh is, obviously, the beginning of the story ('The Story Begins' plus it's their debut) and in the song they talk about wanting someone to approach and woo them into a relationship. The zombies obviously symbolize the people who unsuccessfully chase after them and in the end Twice are able to heal their hearts. On to Page Two/ Cheer Up. In Cheer Up they talk about wanting a guy to be patient and wait for them as they try to figure out their true intentions. The song and video are riddled with contradictions/ juxtapositions (cuts from Naeyeon being scared on the phone (talking to the dude?) to Mina blushing while receving a letter. Dahyun and Chaeyoung going back and forth while representing the East (Dahyun's hanbok) and West (Chaeyoung's cowboy setting) repectivley), this is to demonstrate the contradictions between what the girls are acting like and what they really want (they push him away but all the while They Just Wanna Fall In Love (ayyyyyeee)). All the while the guy (camera head dude) is trying to dig deeper and see what the girls really want. In the beginning of the video they're annoyed and push him away, but when looking into their minds/ hearts he sees that they're just as confused as he is and, in the end, they're even further away from understanding eachother than they were before (all of Twice in their different costumes in the kitchen shows all of their pinned up emotions coming out, dude is more confused than before). And finally, we arrive at Twicecoaster. This time we see a switch of roles between the girls and the boy/ boys. The song talks about how the guy doesn't recognize her feelings and so they're scared to approach him. They're frustraited with their feelings. At this point, after Cheer Up, the guy decides to move on. Cheer Up was all about how they were asking him to be patient but once all of their feelings come out his patience has run thin. Now it's the girls' turn to be the ones who 'grow up' and make the move. In the video we see Twice expressing their frustraitions via Halloween costumes. Much like in the first video, the girls are in a state of emotional confusion and distress and we see that theme continued through the changing outfits. Whereas in Cheer Up the different scenes were manifestations of their conflicting actions and feelings, in TT they try to dress themselves up as what they want to be: as mysterious and beauitful as a vampire, as confident and fearless as a superhero, as spunky and headstrong as Tinkerbell, as reckless as a pirate, as cool as an ice princess, etc. Like an unsatisfied kid who isn't getting what they want, they retreat into a world of makebelieve. A world where they save the day and get the guy but in the end it's Always Only In Their Heads (ayyyyyeee again). So by the end of the song and video they're still questioning their relationsip with this dude. Will they move forward? Will they digress? Will they be in a position of eternal stalemate? They then hear a knock at the door. Lastly, we arrive at Knock Knock. With KK we go back in time lyrically and video-wise. The video seems to be happening sometime before or during the events of TT and the song. And thus, there are two options for what is happening in this video. Option One is that Knock Knock is happening at the same time TT is happening. This means that Knock Knock is taking place in a alternate universe of sorts during the time of Cheer Up. While, in Cheer Up, they're asking him to be patient they also want him to Show He Loves Them Like A Real Man (ayyyyyyeeee x1000) and thus we have Knock Knock. When the book is dropped on their doorstep and the girls open it the two universes intertwine. While they go outside to play in the snow the book is activated somehow (something to do with the fact that the girls opened it and the time on the clock perhaps) and the two universes literally collide. Being that the girls can only be in one universe at a time the girls in TT dissapear as the girls in Knock Knock enter the TT universe. THEN there's Option Two which says Knock Knock is before the events of TT. In this version this means that there is yet aNOTHER alternate universe where instead of pushing the guy away and asking him to Cheer Up, they encouraged him to Knock On Their Door (AYEEE) and thus TT never happened. But when they get the book they collide with TT, a universe where they pushed the dude away instead and end up getting trapped in it. Both are similar in that they both involve an alternate universe so it's up to you which one you think is right. In the end it's basically #Confirmed that Ooh Ahh/ Cheer Up/ TT are connected at least considering that Twicecoaster Lane:1 teaser images referred to the three videos as apart of the same 'Twice MV Universe' (which had me guessing that TT would literally connect Ooh Ahh and Cheer Up but it's going in sequence I guess, lol.) And wow... I can't believe I just wrote all of that. Oh well. Great video as always!
