It's not an anime. It's Corpse Party, a PSP game. These are just OVA episodes.

Just finished watching, let's just say A LOT of unexpected things WILL happen, i won't say any spoilers.. (and btw, they modified the story, so it's not exactly the same with the story of the game, some survivors in the game died in the anime, i won't say their names :D )
