उ पैसा पर वकीलों का अधिकार होता है... लूटमार हो जायेगा अगर मुवक्किल पैसा लेकर चला गया । फौजदारी मामलों के क्रास केस जैसे में उसका आधा पैसा कोर्ट साहब को तथा बाकी पैसा मुवक्किल के वकील साहब सीनियर साब झपटने के लिए बोलते हैं। It is pravail at district court

Sir me jaise abhi 1year me hu mujhe kon se law padhne padenge new ya old , kyunki new wale practice me abhi jo old file padi unme kaam nahi aayenge vo to old law ke aadhar par file hongi so hame done padhne chahiye kya
