நடைமுறையை மாற்றினால் பல சிக்கல்கள் ஏற்படும். உ.ம். கேரளம், ஒடிசா, பெங்களூரு என்று பேசுகிறார்களா? இல்லை. இதுபோலத்தான். அரசு மட்டுமே உபயோகப்படுத்தும். சட்டம் அப்படியல்ல.அதை சம்பந்தப்பட்டவர்கள் பயன் படுத்த வேண்டும். குழப்பம்தான் வளரும்.
