कश्मीर में चुनाव हो रहे हैं लेकिन इस केंद्र शासित प्रदेश और पूर्व राज्य की शिक्षा पर भी बात होनी चाहिए। यहां के युवाओं के भी वही सपने हैं जो शेष भारत के युवाओं के हैं। तीन-तीन साल कॉलेज में बिता कर जब बाहर आते हैं तो पता चलता है कि वे किसी काम लायक नहीं रहे। क्योंकि तीन साल के दौरान उन्हें जो विषय ठीक से पढ़ाए जाने थे, नहीं पढ़ाए गए। क्योंकि पूरे राज्य के कॉलेज कांट्रेक्ट टीचरों के भरोसे चल रहे हैं। इस रिपोर्ट को ज़रूर देखिए।

छत्तीसगढ़ मे भाजपा ने विधान सभा चुनाव से पहले अपने घोषणा पत्र में 57000 शिक्षक भर्ती करने का वादा की थी, जिसे चुनाव जितने के बाद पुरा नहीं कर रही है। बहुत से स्कूल शिक्षक विहीन हैं। बहुत से स्कूल जो सामान्य क्षेत्र में आते हैं तथा बहुत से स्कूल पिछड़े और आदिवासी क्षेत्र में आते हैं, उन स्कूलों को युक्तियुक्त करण की प्रक्रिया के तहत मर्ज कर खतम या बंद किया जा रहा है, जिससे गरीब बच्चे और पिछड़े आदिवासी बच्चे, तथा गरीब सामान्य वर्ग के बच्चे और हरिजन वर्ग के बच्चों के बीच शिक्षा का संकट उत्पन्न हो रहा है। कई स्कूल शिक्षक विहीन हैं, वहाँ भर्तियां नहीं की जा रही हैं। पुरानी भर्तियां भी नहीं हो रही है वह भी अटकी पड़ी हैं। आपसे निवेदन है कि इस पर ध्यान देते हुए इस गंभीर विषय पर prime time करें।

छत्तीसगढ़ कि वर्तमान स्थिति भी ऐसा ही है सर विभानसभा चुनाव के पहले बीजेपी अपने घोषणा पत्र मे 57000 शिक्षक भर्ती कि बात लिखी और युवाओं के दम पे चुनाव जीत गए फिर 2 महीने बाद विधानसभा के बजट सत्र मे शिक्षा मंत्री द्वारा 33000 भर्ती का घोषणा किया गया और छत्तीसगढ़ मे लोकसभा चुनाव मे 11 मे से 10 सीट जीत गए... और आज सरकार बने 10 महीने हो गए लेकिन भर्ती का आता पता नई है... ये लोग बस जुमला करते है चुनाव पहले.. और अब छत्तीसगढ़ मे 4067 स्कूल बंद कर रहे है ताकि शिक्षक भर्ती ना करना पड़े और 2008 के सेटअप मे बदलाव किया जा रहा जिससे 56000 पद समाप्त हो जायेगा.... ऐसा नालायक सरकार है बीजेपी.... छत्तीसगढ़ कि स्कूलों कि स्थिति बहुत दयनीय है सर इसपे plz vedio banaiye....🙏🙏

Academic Arrangement in J&K is a scheme that has compelled the educated youth to do forced labour. In return, we have faced discrimination, humiliation, exploitation, depression, disrespect and many more..I have no words to explain my experience except to say "Academic Arrangement is worse like prostitution. And I would say that the system created by Higher Education Department/Industry in Jammu and Kashmir has forced me to write all this.
