I am 53 and started driving car just a couple of years back before which I had zero knowledge about car and car driving. When I started driving during the start of Covid times i regularly used to watch your videos. I had gained number of tips about maintaining and driving a car through your videos. Now i am a confident car driver owning a latest wagon R. I had many a times thought what should be done at a time of crisis on road whether it be small or big. This video gave me some answers. I request you to go with a part 2 of this covering about on the spot formalities of reporting to police, insurance company etc.

Last year, I met with an accident when I was riding my motorcycle. A 75 year old person crossed the road without looking at the oncoming traffic. There was no zebra crossing, no signal, nothing. He just started to run from the left side to reach the median. I didn't have any time to react and unfortunately he came right in front of me. Due to the impact, I got a fracture in my thigh bone. Had to undergo a minor surgery. I struggled for like 4 months before I could walk properly. Many people told me to give up riding motorcycle again. But I didn't give up hope. If you let fear take over, you will be it's victim for the rest of your life. I took that incident as a lesson and have become more wise when on the road.

Exactly accurate bro. I will share my experience - I have a very tight parking and mistakenly hit the left front side while parking backside. It was around 6: 30 pm. Small scratch but seriously disturbed, i DNT sleep properly, analysed why i hit it i went to parking and saw it 10 times till night, again next day once i got free, i took the car and parked 30 to 40 times same tight parking. I think what we should not loose is our confidence after a failure

Nice topic. I want to share one incident, it is not an accident, may be small. We went to hogenakal trip, on the way one town, small road, I crossed the bike guy, without seeing the car crossing in the right side, he turns right and hitted the door, I stopped my car immediately. He apologized and left the place. After a while, I stopped and looked thr car door, scratches and 3 dents. It was a bad feeling for the whole day, Later Went to company and claimed insurance, they did tincker and repainting, cost is 14 k, I paid 1400 from my pocket. Even a small dent , company have to repaint....

The first and foremost thing is the guilty feeling that you acquire in that situation, even though you're alone and nobody else is with you when you drove alone.. i got my guts to manage myself to face that situation.. but most of the time your confidence will provoke the public to assault you.. but note when your words are true and healthy even worst situation too can help you to make others understand your stand... My learning is you should not feel guilty that you made an accident... What's important is that you have 200% control in preventing it occuring once again...
