I like that little detail because it may be sending an underlying message. The song is about getting drunk and partying, but the manic smiles of the dancers may be hinting that such a lifestyle can make a person "insane" if overdone. Perhaps this song is a poor man's descent into alcoholism rather than the "fun party anthem" it seems on the surface.

I see this as a critique to the Finnish stereotype that we need alcohol to own the dancefloor. He sings how he has this side who wants to dance but his grumpy "Finnish" side won't let that happen. It's only after few drinks that he feels confident enough to head to the dancefloor and let loose. The message is actually quite sad if you think about it.
