I am a rock/metal fan first and foremost so when I find a sound I like I will usually start to stan it. RQ and DC are that sound. Mammamoo, Purple Kiss, Pixy, and Billlie are starting to leave a pretty good impression. So many new groups so little time to react to them all. It's a good problem to have.

Great reaction. If you are interested in checking out other K-bands I recommend The Fix, UNI, and DIH. They are all-female bands like Rolling Quartz. Kardi is another great female fronted Krock band. If you are into metalcore checkout Synsnake. By the ways, did you know that Rolling Quartz are gonna do a US tour next month? Their first stop is Seattle!

Now, since you stan both Rolling Quartz and Mamamoo, you need to know that AleXa has collabed with both! AleXa had a predebut cameo in Mamamoo's "GoGoBeBe" as the study group leader in the striped shirt and in the background as an extra, particularly Wheein's scenes on the merry go round. She did a dance cover of Moonbyul's "Eclipse", and Byulie photobombed the video shoot. Byul also helped co-write AleXa's ballad "Star". AleXa does rock versions of some of her songs, her 1st collab with RQ was on her song "Xtra", and she does a metal version of her debut "Bomb" with a SK group called Diablo. Have I convinced you to check out AleXa yet?

If I've convinced you to check out AleXa, her first songs have a definite story arc to them. Watching them in order will be less confusing that random selection; these are "Bomb (official MV)", "Do or Die", "Villian", and "Revolution". If four songs is too much committment, save Villain for later. Almost all of her other videos, ballad "Never Let You Go", summer bop "Xtra (official MV)", apocalyptic breakup "Tattoo", wary but looking for love in "Wonderland" (of all the various versions, I'd recommend the Performance one, or Originals with Studio Choom) have scenes that refer back to the AI concept, not necessarily in the song lyrics.
