Hello Chef... Thanks for sharing the recipe. Inspite of trying 3 times, I faced 3 issues. Even though my Chenna was dry, after kneading it for sometime it became wet and started sticking to my hand. Second issue was during boiling the ras malia, it moves to the side of the vessles. Then they fluff up. But after some time the shrivel. The rasmalia is no longer puffy but becomes hard..... If you can please tell me where I am going wrong, it will be very helpful.... Thanks🙏🙏
