Chef, this recipe is fabulous... I tried it some time ago, the rasgulla was so spongy and the rabri was mouth watering... I followed the instructions exactly.. Everyone thought I bought it from the market...

Tried some of your dishes Chef Bhupi Ji and family loved them a lot. Have watched this video twice and feeling comfortable to make Ras Malai on weekend . Your kitchen recipes are truly honest. What I love about you is how you break down the recipe with so many tips . After watching your videos only I understood the science behind each step in cooking.

Hello Chef... Thanks for sharing the recipe. Inspite of trying 3 times, I faced 3 issues. Even though my Chenna was dry, after kneading it for sometime it became wet and started sticking to my hand. Second issue was during boiling the ras malia, it moves to the side of the vessles. Then they fluff up. But after some time the shrivel. The rasmalia is no longer puffy but becomes hard..... If you can please tell me where I am going wrong, it will be very helpful.... Thanks🙏🙏

Hello chef. We can’t get buffalo milk here. After adding vinegar and straining you used maida, but in our case what should we do to make it soft.

Hi, I made them using cornflour and other tone using maida. Came out to be perfect. But when I tried using sooji, all the balls very badly into powder. Can you please guide me what went wrong?
