Hi, Is Panchayat will consider a Courtyard area ( 210 x 210 cm) and a Double-height living room area ( ground floor area has already been considered for calculation) for their Built-up area calculation. if not, could you please provide if there are any references ( document with page no)? I have already checked with many Civil Engineers including those who are doing Panchayat-related services. They are saying it should not be considered. But our Panchayat Overseer is saying that they will consider the courtyard and the same area of the living room because of the double height of the living room. Assume that if you don't have reference details, what is the best option to get the clarity for the above 2 items. is RTI or any other method?. Pls suggest. adding an additional 250-300 sq. ft. because of this.
