It feels sooo damn good knowing that Kansas State's 2nd string QB can also face the pressure.

You said it. That’s such a massive compliment to the scouts at KSU! Thanks for watching!

Another great breakdown! This team keeps improving each week, learning from their down falls. I'm excited! As long as they stay focused great things will happen. GO CATS!

Avery and DJ were ballers on Saturday Now they need to take care of business in Morgantown and beyond. Win them all and we are off to Dallas.

What's even sweeter is how the Buff/Sanders fans, where yapping how their D would stuff our run game, yet DJ trucked them or juked them out of their jocks.

@@JoeTillery i do appreciate your insights, do not follow you as much as i should, i am back in manhattan at the university teaching after being away for 40 years, it is so refreshing to see the change in campus and the level of professionalism in the university as a whole and the sports elements as well, K State has such a great foundation for all these young athletes and students, hope others will see the benefit and chose to come to Manhattan. Someone should really do a show about the impact K State has had on the sports of this country, through coaching trees and those who have played here and gone off to great careers. I think the story K State would play is that it plays much higher than its fighting weight. By the way i graduated from a high school in California that was a good football program, however there was one school we could never beat, and guess what, it was coached by Bill Snyder…..

I recall the chirping and bit@hing about Kline & Ell back in their second year too, as some are now with Johnson. Some never pull head out.
@JoeTilleryАй бұрын
Sometimes I wish people would just enjoy the ride lol. They’ll get it figured out eventually. Just feels like it devalues the time you get to watch a special player like Avery if the first year of so of his career people spend it complaining

Great job. Great win. Shilo's soul still stuck in the middle of the field? Obviously he was taking a moment to pray😂😂

Great game vs. CU. I’m still a little confused about that play calling after our INT, but whatever. A B12 road win is a nice thing to have. CUfan is just as crappy as they’ve been in the old B12 from everything I’ve read and CUfan really thinks they lost and KSU didn’t win. Cool story, but CU only lead for fewer than 4 minutes the entire game… soooooo. Anyway, looking forward to a raucous crowd in Morgantown and let’s get another win.
@JoeTilleryАй бұрын
Absolutely. Colorado behind us, don’t expect to see them again. Not that we couldn’t reunite in the title game but I don’t see it. Especially with BYU and ISU undefeated rn. Time to focus on the Mountaineers!
@KingSandwich13Ай бұрын
I would've like to see the TE's get more touches. I feel like they're easier completions for Avery but maybe they had a tough time getting open.
@JoeTilleryАй бұрын
I think that’s fair. There were some injuries at the position and no Loftin so not as much playing time this year on the field. They’ll bounce back! Think the gameplan was mostly to slam the football in the ground game and use the TE as blockers! Thanks for watching my friend!
@nomadwildcatfanАй бұрын
CU knew we typically relied more on our TE's than focused on them more. If you watch the game again, watch how CU covered our TE's.
@campbellcampbell9059Ай бұрын
Pass inteferance. If CU wins this game they are the favorites to get to BIG12 title game. Which means other networks would option the rights to CU’s games. As it stands, CU VS Arizona is on FOX, ESPN then immediately optioned the rights to the Bearcats game and slotted them in the 10:30 game. This is done for two reasons, to diminish Colorado and BIG12 ratings. The Buffs have been the second most watched college football team. Now imagine CBS, NBC and FOX optioning the rights for CU Buffs games during the month of November and putting them up against ESPN’s major investment into SEC Saturday night games. The Buffs playing to get into the BiG12 Championship game and a chance to get into the playoffs would be a major a major draw and crush SEC Saturday games. ESPN paid off this referee. Someone should audit his bank account. It was an obvious call and the fact that commentators played along with the call showed how baked in it was. ESPN is playing dirty to protect its investment in SEC Saturdays

Welcome to the Big 12 where ref conspiracies happen each week. No one is trying to diminish the league lol, we all want the Big 12 to be notable. Colorado being good is best case scenario for everyone lmao. Just didn’t make enough plays and can’t rely on refs to get it done
