the largest obelisk in the world and the heaviest with 520 tons and 33 m i also recommend further info on youtube "the toppled obelisk of axum" but in general what makes axum obelisk so special is the type of stone e.g lalibela stone is called stand stone which is strong but axum obelisk stones is granite which very very strong and hard, so to carve granite is much difficult than any matterial it is even imposible using the current technology to lift granite stone which weigh 520 tons whoa whoa whoa...
