If it was me I would use the electric rack out of the EP3 for the em2 So she can steer the car better and your girls a champ for wearing flip-flops working on cars

She didn’t want the electric rack, idk if you’ve ever seen one lock up before but you can’t move the wheel at all haha

@@pop_pops_garagei know im late but if you ever want you put hydraulic power steering in it you can use the type s pump and lines you just have to either cut some skeleton out of the hood or get risers

@12:59 my em2 isnt even k swapped and you have helped me. on my em2 where the hood latch bolts to the core support, the bolt holes are cracking. so im thinking this little t bracket mod is better than welding some brittle metal or getting whole ass new core support put in. you used the one right of the ep3 and it worked great? imma do this immediately to mine cause my hood latch is about to come off.

Yessir! I just added a riv nut at the bottom So i could bolt The bottom of the t bracket down

I know this is an older video but man I’m having an issue with my 02 K24 swap. I’m trying to convert to 36mm insane shafts axles but i’m not sure the interchangeability on the steering knuckle or if I can just change the hub from 32mm to 36mm. I’m Lost

im not 100% sure. im not sure what would fit. we just use the ep3 axles

RSX Type S are 36mm Base model RSX/EP3 are 32mm Front and rear spindles are interchangeable between RSX/EP3/EM2

we used the ep3 harness and got a jumper harness for inside the car. we also used hondata for the ECu to bypass the imobilizer

yes we just used hasport motor mounts and a k tuned jumper harness for the wring. everything else was out of a ep3

nah. the gf can drive it jsut fine. its not a 60s domestic car these dont weigh much so its not really noticable after you get moving

@@pop_pops_garage yeah I know I have three personally I think it's pretty god-awful under low speed turning in the manual when you have a power steering leak did you find it improved at all when you looped it or do we just have a difference of opinions

@@pop_pops_garage the way the Honda power steering works is it effectively cuts off above a certain speed anyway that's why you have no problem at higher speeds by the way

@@altaccount3760 ive always driven efs and stuff that came factory with no power steering, my ek was looped and so was my integra. i guess im just use to it.
