I think I figured out logic of leaks, so creep atacks your building and launches rocket at random player, players that does not exist are means that rocket missed, LA ha kagado also translates in to "he failed"

I think the range of the explosions are so big it attacks "nearby" players. WTii doesn't seems to take damage when a distant player leaks.
