At my dads work they had one of those, to me it is a scraper but the cab is detached and instead gets pulled my a fifth wheel, i don't know or any kind of hitch, but then the job didn't know if it could be transported by a low boy or gooseneck trailers, they didn't take the chances and didn't but they did have a talbert 55cc rgn lowboy trailer pulled by a Mack ch613 daycab semi with air ride and heavy axels. But still weren't sure.

They look like big clumsy machines. We don’t have many scrapers in the uk. A few companies use the d8 and box. I have a video of them working on my channel check it out.

Pull-Pan scrapers are machines used to level out or move mass amounts of material by picking up, transporting, and ejecting material, while being pulled by another vehicle. In this video, the K-Tec scraper is efficiently moving sand from the cut area and taking it to the fill area.

Dave hawkins Hello Dave, thank you for watching this video. The power-unit is actually a Rock Truck with its dump box removed. The scraper hitches in between the rear tires, for maximum traction.
