I was there. As we headed upstairs, people kept telling us to turn around, because the hall with KVHW was packed. We got to the hall with no problem and stayed there for most off their show. There was just SO MUCH MUSIC at the Kaiser that night that it was hard to take it all in. I remember s short set with Warren Haynes, Matt Abts and Mike Gordon, but I can't find any info about it.

Thank you and please please upload the 1999-2000 show with Ike Willis playing with KVHW opening with Zappa’s trouble every day And music lovers please note. The way Steve opens up with dynamic earthshaking magnitude using the sacred weapon of the envelope is a rare glimpse into the diversity of this band of angels and one of the truly greatest bands of all time. I wish Steve would give it a try again as this music is so needed in these times. It’s bigger then they are In any case please reveal the next new years at the Merritime hall Blessings through music kindness And KVHW 🎼🌈

I was there! It was remarkably better than The Garcia-less, "The Other Ones," in the Main Room of the Kaiser which featured a "spectacle," at midnight that was remarkably unspectacular....
