Butter / வெண்ணெய் - 1/4 Cup OR Oil / எண்ணெய் - 1/4 Cup
Boiled Milk / காய்ச்சிய பால் - 3 to 4 tbsp (adjust consistency)
Roasted Finger Millet / Ragi Flour / வறுத்த கேழ்வரகு மாவு - 3/4 Cup / 100gms
Wheat Flour / கோதுமை மாவு - 1/3 Cup / 50gms
Cocoa Powder / கோகோ பவுடர் - 3 to 4 tbsp
Baking Powder / பேக்கிங் பவுடர் - 1 tsp
Baking Soda / பேக்கிங் சோடா - 1/2 tsp
Vanila Essence / வெனிலா எசென்ஸ் OR Cardamom Powder / ஏலக்காய் தூள் - 1 tsp
