Taeyeon was my first love and the one that made me listen to kpop. I knew her and SNSD before they debut. We are around the same age and I first watched them on Arirang cable channel in 2007. The show is called "Girls Go To School" every Saturday afternoon. There's no smartphones, wifi, facebook, twitter, IG and Tiktok yet. I'm a huge SNSD fan up until Jessica left in 2014 that really broke my heart up to this day and declined my interest in Kpop. I only got updated with her (and SNSD) again years later when I saw her as a solo artist with her "Spark" video and decided to catch up with their songs post-Jessica era. I missed out a lot but she's still my all time fave kpop girl. This video meant a lot to me and I still wish I get to see her perform one day. Maraming salamat sa video! :)

I can somehow relate to you because I also took my hiatus (😅) as a SONE when Jessica left because I was so devastated that time. Gladly, I was able to watch her “if” performance in Begin Again and Tiffany’s “Lips on Lips” MV which made me back to stan them. Like what they said, there is no place like home and here I am coming back to my second home which is Girls’ Generation. 🥰🥰🥰

I've been with her since SM introduced the 9 members to us. I was really attracted to Jessica then (oh, her voice!). then Taengoo- oh, her unreal voice from that time! when Sica left... I really wanted to drop everything... but when Sone was posted a video from the concert where Sica should be and seeing the faces of the girls, hearing their voices ... with them ... I was able to overcome this gap ... with them I moved on ... even when OT8 became OT5.
