Personally I invest in the LINK for many years and have attained financial freedom.. So far I appreciate the efforts of the management team. I think that investments in offices and commercial buildings is on the correct path. Diversification is very important for the long-term development of the company! The current pandemic may affect the leasing of offices but in one or two years, the pandemic would go away, so its investments in offices would reap good results. Your analysis is impressive and should be appraised!

香港都係政府極低價賣比佢先有機會甘大增長，佢最叻最多米行1仔舊路，我吾覺得佢叻過誠哥，買佢不如買778

我都覺得係, 強如誠gor 海外m&a做左幾十年... 今日既長和系海外m&a 都處處碰壁. 領展管理層做m&a 真係有d 保留, 雖然話內地一線城市仍有不錯增長 但好多政治政策風險 佢地有冇考慮到(有冇能力考慮到)... 以後要承受股價更大波幅來換取所謂高單位數div 增長... 有保留 (利申, 持有少量link)
