Michael Phillips beneficiary can schedule the interview appointment even without eligibility letter, that is not a requirements.

The photo book is amazing but if you can’t afford it you don’t have to do anything this elaborated. Our copies were black and white and I added some pictures I printed in the pharmacy, nothing fancy and I got it approved.

Khapon lng ntapos K1 ViSA k hnindi nman hiningi mga gnyan as long yong nsa checklist nla m submit m at at knteng proof of relationship n meron kau like email, messenger, fb post , photo together and family n ng visit sya. Don’t show what they didn’t ask. Then interview to consular first window ng ask nsa s akin ng lhat ng documents birth certificate original, police clearance from the country u work 2 pcs photo recent, cenomar, income tax of petitioner, then up I mentioned. Then proceed to final interview with consular base on my experience. During my interview on the first window they ask me 3 questions 2nd window same 3 questions but different situation and the consular 4 questions that’s it. In every applicant as a K1 VISA has different questions it depends on the questionnaire pero lhat ng documents n hinihingi nla s Checklist kailangan m provide m un pra dka m deny ang applications m. But all the documents they sent me syempre dinala to make sure in case. Waiting n lng ako ng VISa k pra m release after 10 days. Goodluck s lhat ng applicant and need early k dadating mas maigi like 8:30 my schedule I already they’re at 7:00 am then your name is posted on the paper outside the gate of the Consulate check your name because all applicant who has an appointment that day their name is on the list. Then show your Appointment letter and medical check ng guard yan pag missing isang documents m s guard p lng hndi kna mkapasok .

Rosemics Campbell gotchya. My fiancé is from a European country and they call it "certificate of no prior marriage" not "cenomar" which he also needs. A few follow up question: what is the NBI, PSA, MBR that you state you had In Your "to-take-with-to-interview folder" I am making his folder now with all documents before I send over (some of which he won't have until later) but I'm including a check list for him. What are these documents called that you showed using acronyms ? Many thanks! You are the only source I follow on KZbin and also exceptionally helpful.! God bless you !!!

Is the "do not open" envelop mailed or given to the foreign fiancé visa? Where my fiancé lives they open ALL mail because his village is located in separatist controlled territory. Hello, in procese with K1 Visa and have interview soon. It mentions on my letter to have one copy of petitioners approved form I-129f but we already sent original form off to USCIS. We didn't receive form I-129f back that's approved. Will that matter as they already have forward it? Thanks.

I think that is eligibility letter that included a copy of approved I-129F but if tou dont have just tell the consul that you did not received the eligibility letter or approved I-129F form

how about the beneficiary's letter of intent does it requires both signature of petitioner and beneficiary? and also the letter of intent from petitioner does it requires the current or the one your fiance submitted to UCSIS during application? thanks you!

For beneficiary interview both beneficiary and petitioner intent letter should new or the date is near on the interview date. Beneficiary intent letter should have beneficiary signature

I am waiting for my fiance from Colombia to come to the states. And I was approved but I never received my I-797C notice of action approval. Is this going to affect the process if I dont have that paper?

No. I-797C is only a letter confirming that uscis received your application.

Hello po may follow up question po ako tungkol sa Cenomar, kasi namapasin ko na US filipino citizens ang inyong asawa, nakita ko po sa ibang post na kailangan ng Cenomar ng petitioner na lumaki nanirahan sa pilipinas ng isang taon o magigit sa eded na 18 years old

Jocelyn Aldohesa you need to prepare all of that documents. Its doesnt mean that they did not ask me fir specific documents they will not ask you neither thats why you need to bring everything so that in case the consul ask you for specific docs you can give it to them
